Hyderabad Engineering Labs is the first NABL accredited Lab in Andhra Pradesh in the field of NDT. It is a growing Engineering lab in the field of Metallurgical and NDT services which gives a personal and professional service covering Chemical analysis, Mechanical testing,Matallography and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT-RT,UT,MPL,DP) services.

The company was started by Mr. Shivalingappa Kaginalli, during the year 1999 at Industrial Estate Kukatpally,Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh with a goal to provide the best of services and quality in Metallurgical and NDT fields. He is a Site in-charge as well as Radiation safety officer (RSO) issued by Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) having 26 years of experience in the field of NDT.

The company provides services in Chemical analysis by using Optical emission Spark spectrometer (Germany made), Atomic Absorption Spectrometer (AAS ECIL Hyd), and Wet analysis of ferrous and nonferrous metals, by using the latest modern equipment with experienced professionals, and for Mechanical testing uses Universal testing machine which performs tensile test ,Yield strength , elongation, compressive test & bend test and Impact test is used for determining ductility, toughness of material (Izod & Charpy testing) and for hardness testing uses Rockwell & Digital hardness tester and in the NDT field uses methods like Ultrasonic examination , Radiographic examination , Magnetic particle examination and Liquid penetrant examination .

In addition to the all above examination’s we offer on-site testing for Radiography examination, Ultrasonic examination, Magnetic particle examination , Liquid penetrant examination, portable hardness tester , thickness measurement with ultrasonic thickness guage and we also perform pre and post heat treatment of welds(Local SR) for boiler Tubes , pressure vessels, pipe lines etc
